  1. Return conditions
    Return time limit: Customers can make a return request within 30 days after receiving the product.
    Product requirements: The returned product must be in new condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging and accessories. Unauthorized or used products will not be returned.
    Non-refundable products: The following products are not eligible for refunds or returns:
    Discounted products
    Customized or personalized products (made to customer requirements)
    Underwear, swimwear and other intimate apparel (cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons)
  2. Return request
    If you want to request a return, please follow the steps below:

Initiate a request: After receiving the product, log in to your account and find the corresponding order, select the “Request a return” option, and fill in the reason for the return and related information.
Obtain a return authorization: After the review is completed, we will email you a return authorization number (RA number) with detailed return instructions and return address.
Prepare your return package: return the item to its original packaging, make sure it is complete, include the return authorization number, and clearly mark it on the outside of the package.

  1. Return shipping
    For quality issues or wrong items: If the item is defective or sent to the wrong place, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.
    For personal reasons: If you request a return for other reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by you. Please keep the shipping receipt properly. The refund will only be for the product itself, not the shipping costs.
  2. Refund process
    Once we receive and review your return item, we usually process the refund within 3-5 business days and the refund will be refunded to the original payment method.
    Please note that the time it takes for your bank or payment service provider to process the refund.
  3. Order cancellation
    Unshipped orders: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please initiate a cancellation request as soon as possible. After the order is shipped, you will need to process it according to our return policy.
    Shipped orders: If the order has been shipped, you will need to wait for the product to be delivered and follow the return process to return it.
  4. Special Instructions
    Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the arrival of the goods. Late applications will not be accepted.
    All returned goods must be kept in the same condition as when they were delivered, including packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns, especially if the goods are damaged or significantly used.
  5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
    If you have any disputes about any issues during the order, return or refund process, we encourage you to communicate with us first so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.
